We begin with a Digital Readiness Assessment to understand your current position across six key dimensions. This gives us an evidence-based baseline — not assumptions — to design your programme around.
Structured Innovation Lab sessions led by Barweshi facilitators. Teams work on live organisational challenges using human-centered design methods — empathy mapping, systems thinking, prototyping, and more.
Between workshops, your team receives one-on-one and group coaching to embed new thinking patterns, build confidence, and work through blockers. Coaching is practical and challenge-focused, not theoretical.
We support your team in taking solutions off the whiteboard and into the real world. Barweshi works alongside you during rollout — handling change management, stakeholder engagement, and iteration cycles.
